To re-cap so I have it clear in my mind:
the transwave (3 phase supply) is working correctly?
it feeds the contactors which feeds the motor when the contactor is pressed manually?
the motor works in both forward and reverse work through the contactors?
You say the isolators are disconnected, how have you done this? They are a NC switch usually, have you bypassed the circuit with a link wire?
What is the switch on the apron you are talking about?
Where abouts in notttingham are you ?
Fed from transformerWhat are the coil voltages?
Are they 415v coils or fed from the transformer?
I had to do similar to mine...I have spoken to transwave and the issue my be with the transformer (on tge m300 electrics board) is not providing the 110v required.
This is because it is fed from L1 and L3. This must be changed to L1 and L2, as L3 is a artificial phase.
I'll try this at the weekend before giving feedback

It's running!
I changed the feed to the transformer to L1 and L2.
Massive thank you to Steve_s who visited with his multimeter to diagnose the missing wire between the Z1 and Z2 block and ad if by magic the contactor depressed.
I'll update pictures as I progress with the rebuild.
Thanks again all for advice
