I have added some dimensions to my drawing now, and labelled the timbers for tracking and ease of discussion.
So, am i right in thinking that each timber should be cut full length.
Eg,
B D F H all 2135
C G all 947
E ? (im thinking i wouldnt want the tennon to mess with the other side of the timber?)
A 2820
E, as mentioned, is not important anyway, as its just a filler / visual item. It may be that the door frame is raised by the 33mm to close the gap between E & A also.
Im going to print out the above diagram now, and go out with some masking tape to label the timbers, and make sure i have non-rotten lengths suitable.
