I recently got a flat tyre while out & about, and it's the first time I have used the scissor jack that came with the car. It was in brand new condition not seized. I found the handle really awkward to use.
It took me 30 minutes to change a wheel! and that was a nice sunny evening on a retail park. If it was after dark, on a main road and heavy rain I would have sent for John Cleese.
So, I'm thinking of making a simple removable T bar for a handle. Anyone else done similar? Or, maybe I'll invest in a tiny trolley jack to keep in the boot?
