I also need to source/make another handle and a bolt/clamp for the table - I've checked with a thread gauge and the table bolt is 14tpi pitch but I'm unsure if it's whit or imperial - anybody any idea?
Try putting the heat gun on it, you may be able to get the bubbles at the edge out.
I don't think I'll bother to be honest, it looks fine as is, it perhaps shows up a bit worse on the pic - I'll leave it a few days and see how it goes. If I decide it needs doing I'll certainly try the pin/ heat gun though - cheers chapsWould popping the bubble with a pin allow the air behind to be squeezed out, or would that ruin the sticker?
They won't be that heavy norm, you haven't seen the state of me welding yetKIN EL how heavies the coats !! suits of armour or WHAT !!
To prove it's not just for show I drilled out a bit of flat bar today to make a coat rack for the garage. Got a stack of m12 bolts here doing nothing so a few of them are getting put through the 12mm holes and the back will be welded up. I haven't used a pillar drill for a while and I forgot how much easier it is doing bigger holes rather than with a hand held.
I did one previously which lives under the stairs but didn't drill the holes (cos I didn't have a pillar drill then!!) - the bolts just got welded around the front.

Maybe - it's really not going anywhere though - the weight is immense!!!Are you planning bolting it down to that table?
