I've aquired a load of "scrap" steel from a local fabricator's off-cuts with which to practice TIG welding. There's some really useful steel in there, but some of it's been sat in their skip so is pretty dirty.

What's the best value degreaser, that's easy to get hold off and what's the most ecconomical places to get hold of it?
