my friend from college days tested it . he used to repair modern technology cranes etc. he has stripped it right down and replaced parts even if they tested ok!we could do with a wiring diagram for that exact model, when the pcb was delecared ok, did they actually try it on another mig ?

i have just read it all and i now have a brain freeze!! thanks for the info though, much appreciated. i'm off to bed and will sort it tomorrow!The pictures are not big enough in that there is not enough detail in them, so what you really need to post is the full size pictures and then just add them as a thumbnail so when we view them we get full size.
Any how a search found this post on here back in 2012 with some circuits and a pdf etc, not sure if the same welder or not but may be of help
