I'm needing a heat source for the workshop and have decided a home made wood burner is the way to go.
46kg bottle, upright with hot plate on the top, rear flue and some sort of air inlet system similar to this

I'm confident with the build however I can't decide on a size for the flue and how to run it outside through the roof. Also, just how high does it need to be outside?
The workshop roof is made up of an OSB ceiling on attic trusses. There is then OSB on top of the rafters (45 degree) with battens and concrete tiles. I'm not worried about sealing the hole, more the design of the flue, twin walled??
Cheers, I'll update the projects section when I get started.
