WSE200 tig boards

I have a AC/DC WSE00 tig welder that I bought second hand many years ago. From the date on control boards it is around 2005 vintage.
It has run well up until I needed it a coupel of weeks ago. No lights, and a
You can see a flash and a wiff of smoke from around teh 2 components circled.

It is not worth spending much on it, since I needed to fix something, I ended up buying another welder (China's finest of course).
any suggestions? Seems a shame to bin it. I have no clue on electronic repairs - i fix things with a hammer adn I find it is not successful with this modern stuff.

As above require a pcb or someone who can repair one, welder had fault for years where would only select every other voltage setting now feed to wire motor won’t work with on gun or bottoms on pcb. Any help grateful log received.

Check out Aliexpress and the likes, as most WSME boards are available cheap as chips on there.
Most likely cheaper to buy a new board then try and find someone who can diagnose and repair the original board.
Also, there is a repair manual for the WSME series floating around the internet.

I looked on Aliexpress, and boards run around $US20 or so. I can't find one to match this board, and I don't know if it is this board at fault or it is somewhere else and this one is the one showing the symptoms.
I hate electronics. I used to have a big AC tig welder, with big diode thingies and a spark gap. At least I coudl follow how that worked - mostly
