Folks.
Have recently changed the desperately dodgy antique fusebox in the mancave for this:

As per this shot:

...there's 3 breakers, 32 amp for the welders, 16 amp for the mains sockets, and 6 amp for lighting. Ignoring what's currently wired in, which is temporary, my intention is to run a ring main of 6 double sockets, which is no bother for me to fit, but the lighting has me scratching my head
.
At present there's three 8W LED lamps in the roof for general lighting, wired in parallel with 1mm t&e flat cable into a standard 13 amp plug. This is temporary just to give me some working lights. There's also a pair of 3' LED lamps above my main bench, again wired temporarily to a plug and into a socket, and I want to fit another 2 of the same above my other benches.
I'd like to have the roof lamps wired to the metal switch to the right of the door, as per this shot:

...and the existing pair of 3' lamps to another similar switch, and the "to be fitted" 3' lamps wired individually to separate switches.
Question: What's the best/simplest/safest way of wiring them in, bearing in mind they'll all be switched separately and the switches will be at either end of the 'cave?
Much thanks in advance.
Edit: And don't ask me how I've managed to post all the pictures twice, I really don't know
