I blagged this off Britbike.com. Good website about the Associated Motorcycles factory in Plumstead south London, which made AJS, Matchless and Norton motorcycles.

Nice one Ronan, many old bikes and cars are forgotten and we should take a little time to support and contribute to such projects, yesterday we fetched a Mammoth Major for Grandsons next restoration and spent the rest of the day, and today stripping it down, it has the AV 760 engine and Fuller transmission and it is hard to locate documentation for such popular engines and transmissions.
