yep its brill but pricey . you get what you pay for thoughno matter what you choose it will wear down fast in that place wozzaaah
there is plastic wood flooring nowadays might make a differenece to the wear and tear compared to the wood
Does this have any real wood texture to the surface, or is it smooth.I have just replaced some real oak topped manufactured planks that has been down for years but was quite dented and scratched, we went for LVT spc (stone plastic composite) it's totally waterproof and guaranteed for life in a domestic situation but I don't think anything would stand a chair rolling on one spot for years. The spec sounds very impressive and so far we are very pleased with it. Pity it doesn't have the shine the old floor had. We ordered around 30 samples from lots of different places and settled for this https://pro-tek-flooring.com/product/editions-classic-lyme-oak/ I found their prices hard to beat for the same product.
It does have a real wood texture more so than what we replaced, the only thing I would have liked is for more of a shine to it, only because we were used to that with the old floor. We ordered free samples from lots of places and they show you what it's like but from a smallish sample piece it's difficult to imagine how your room will look.Does this have any real wood texture to the surface, or is it smooth.
We chose moduleo over Amtico for our holiday cottages as it has wood like texture where as the Amtico and Karndean just has like a stipple finish. The looks changes greatly depending on light. It does have a real wood texture more so than what we replaced, the only thing I would have liked is for more of a shine to it, only because we were used to that with the old floor. My choice, I would have taken this over laminate if it was more available at the time I did our floors.Moduleo LVT is hard wearing and looks like wood.
Any recommendations and approx price per sq/m for decent, hardwearing stuff? Looking to replace our lounge flooring. Most of it is still ok but as you can see, the forum nerve centre hasn’t fared too well.
