Long had wooden chopping boards over plastic.
Understand Maple, Cherry etc are the best.
But if using end grain, which glue do you use that's food safe and waterproof?
Which wood would be best for just making a long grain board? See a lot of olive ones about?
There's a hardwood offcuts place within half an hour but I need to know what I'm asking for before setting about making something
