I think ive clinched a log burning stove for the lounge, its 2nd hand and although its all there regarding bits and pieces the cast iron has took on a grubby look to it and i want to bring it up nice and black again but without paint. Now i seem to remember when i was a kid everyone rubbed summit on the victorian fire places and mantles that kept them nice and black but i dont know what it was
. Whats the seceret???
