I used to do a lot of welding 20 years ago, now I want to get back to it so.
I have just bought a 2nd hand MIG Welder. A Draper Mig Weld 100.
I am trying to feed the wire through but it gets about 3/4 of the way through and then gets stuck.
Up to the point where it gets stuck it is loose enough that I can feed it through by hand, but once it gets to the sticking point the rollers cant push it throught they just slip.
I am using 0.6 wire
I have removed the tip so it's not getting stuck there.
Could it be the plastic tube the wire goes in is kinked or pinched? If so how do I replace it?
