windows install

i have a spare pc, that the ssd got robbed from
its an ami motherboard
have tryed 2 different spare harddrives now, have booted from my win 10 usb stick, get as far as picking where to install and it says

windows cannot be installed on this disk.. the selected disk is of the GPT style
what i have googled makes no sense to me,

Format it as FAT32

Expanding foam for the gaps, and a plastic mallet to get the trims on, if going with PVC.

Thanks.. i read so much that didnt say any of that!!!


now installing.... admittedly not on the drive i originally intended, may re do it if this does not end up fast enough
