Will I notice a difference using Argoshield Universal rather than light?

Went to swap out my size Y Argoshield Light at BOC this morning, only Universal in stock - so taken it.

I mainly (occasional use) weld mild steel up to 1.5 mm or tacking captive nuts in place plus the odd thicker steel repair. Will I likely notice any difference using the Universal rather than light argoshield?

I have used heavy and light ,never been able to tell the difference.

Run both gases on the exact same settings and u will notice a difference. Higher co2 content mean u need slightly more voltage useful when welding heavier steel not so useful on light steel but doable universal if kind of a jack of all trades can u used for a mixture of thickness

You need a bit more voltage for the same wirespeed to get it to run the same.
Or, with a step transformer mig, more likely you turn the wirespeed down ever so slightly.
