Hi All,
I've searched the forum but to be honest I'm so new to the big-bottle thing that I don't really know where to start.
I've just filled in my forms for a Volkszone BOC deal on Argoshield light (Y bottle) and I now need a regulator, and I'd like to make sure I get the right stuff!
I've had a look around and I need to know a few things.
1. - Some have two gauges and some have one, what do they do? (pressure and flow? Bottle pressure and pressure 'after' the regulator?)
2. - What bottle fittings do they need to be?
3. - Is a gauge designed for Argon suitable for Ar/CO2 mix etc?
4. - I have a Clarke 151 TE Turbo, and I need to make sure the regulator fits the little (4mm?) tube that comes out of it. Does this require an adaptor?
5. - Can I extend the length of that tube easily enough?
6. - Can anybody recommend a regulator that does what I need it to?
Any and all help greatly appreciated guys.
Thanks a lot,
FL
