Which profile process

i have a job to price in 8 mm 316 s/steel,it's a star shaped plate where the wings of the star radiate from a hub of 168 dia,ea wing approx 500 long joining at the hub with a concave profile to fit the 168 dia,ea wing req 12 , 18 mm holes,there are a total of 48 plates,what cutting method would be most suitable ,I can supply a ply template ,maybe a forum member can quote for this aswell.

Draw it up, or get it drawn, and get it priced up to laser.
Sounds a bit of a wasteful shape to cut in one though, perhaps get a price to cut in one, and cut as a hub and spokes and allow to weld on.... ?
