which paint (and resperator) for classic land rovers?

I have had success spraying synthetic enamel on previous land rovers I have restored but was wandering if any newer paint types might fit the bill as I am upgrading my spraygun, compressor etc? preferably something that might dry quicker in ambient temperatures and that will allow the odd run to be flatted out? Also what mask I should use - I don't really want to risk the 2pak and air fed mask route if I can avoid it

I understand this 2k is good but tbh I have no idea

are you spraying bare metal or a landrover thats already had synthetic in the past ?

A good question. It looks like its been hand painted in the past but the car is completley disassembled and i can easily strip the panels and use the appropiate primers if needed.

righto i was just going to point out not everything just sprays on top of one another

not sure what to suggest if you dont like the idea of proper 2k

i am doing my 4x4 in raptor bed linner just because its more durable than normal paint

Just worried about the health risks of 2 pack but i do have a nice 60 litre spare abac compressor 7cfm if need be i could go down this route
