More info required, what are you welding? max thickness you want to weld? what is your max budget?
£130 is not much for a MIG, probably looking at 2nd hand for that and even then going to be a bit limited, is the budget also including mask, gloves etc

well gasless is useless for anything thatg needs to look good and is expensive compared tp Co2 and solid wire
you will just about get a rubbishy 90a gasless for £130
you would probs be best off looking for a clarke machine of 100-150a
you need to allow another £40-£50 for a regulater mask and good gloves
gas is cheap if you know where to look
