hi, just been offered this deal from boc as a hobby welder:

Gas Price - £27.03 + £0.79 climate charge
Rental - £39.45 per annum
Argoshield Universal size Y - 12% Co2 / Argon - Volume 5.0m3 - 93cm x 20cm - 40kg
Gas Price - £37.03 + £0.79 climate charge
Rental - £39.45 per annum
Free collection from BOC Gas & Gear or Agent

My question is, which is more suited to what i am welding, i weld mild steel from 0.6mm to an average of 3mm steel. On occasion though i weld upto 5mm steel.
I have a 150amp mig welder on a 240v domestic circuit, rarely do i go above 130amp but at full whack the welder does not trip my garage circuit board. I also use a 130amp stick welder and have no plans to increase the amp range any time soon, welding for pleasure mainly, but also for art and due to necessity on my land rover discovery.
Any help appreciated.
