Which bonding/glue to use

Iv got some panels to replace on a vehicle at work (we dont normally use these vehicles hence asking),
Its ally playe 3mm thick, that has parts bonded to it but it needs to be ridiculous strong, we've tried pink grip and its less than crap, so im open to suggestions.

There's a PU stuff called Alpha 123 which I've used on various things, I'd prob use that if I was doing the above

Its what farmers use for everything ,, I did a 110 inch to 100 inch land rover conversion recently and used 3m , at 80 quid a tube ,,, used two tubes and a lot of acetone as a cleaner , but that was on a skin that was getting filled and painted ,,, on the inside of a vehicle I go for tec7 or sikaflex

Sicaflex used to bond outboard engine wood stiffening blocks to glass fiber hulls had bolts as well to get them off usually ripped the gel coat off.
We did one with no bolts 14inch square block no bolts it was seft for about 4 weeks we ran a 8Hp outboard on a safety rope for a season with no problem, it was our own boat so no come back, never had the bottle to do it for a customer

Going back a few decades, the aircraft industry (mostly in the USA) put huge effort in to understanding the problem of getting adhesives to work and be durable on aluminium. Seems they were successful though, given the extensive use of adhesive and composites on modern planes. My recollection is that durability needed the use of some very clever primers.

Yep, same for road and rail, if you want it to last, silane wipedowns beforehand at the very least (I.E. windscreen bonding wipe), and often that first combined with a similar primer
