where to get pneumatic tyres like used on old wheelbarrows ?

I have a an ancient scythe or sickle mower, an Atcoscythe. Currently I'm trying to recommission it as I urgently need to cut down some serious overgrowth on part of my back garden !
It has inflatable pneumatic tyres with tubes and they are past there best, one will not hold air. They are similar to the type that was once used on old wheel barrows, the ribbed type. Does anyone know a supplier of these ?

My local tyre shop where I get car tyres has them, £10 for a tyre and tube.

Rik fit tyres in kings Norton fitted me a tyre & tube for my wheelbarrow, also do the small (8"?) trailer tyres.

I got a wheelbarrow tyre in a trailer shop , the sort that do hitches and lightboards etc, worth a try.
