where to get a steel cannon ball

in need of a cannon/steel ball for a stag do to make a ball and chain.3-4 inch I guess but need to get it by tomorrow afternoon for the weekend, any ideas near me?

A bouy? Already has a hook for a chain, drill hole, fill with concrete, spray black.

Easier still to get hold of, a ball valve float. As above but you'd need to concrete in a hook and lop off the original mount. Paint with black plastic paint.

Crown Green Bowling ball? Lignum Vitae (hence good for using as a metal-bashing anvil) and often found to be chipped/cracked and thus thrown out.

I take it your not the intended wearer of this ball & chain hence why you want it to be as heavy as possible
