Where can I get this size copper washer?

Is it an exhaust gasket? If so what is the inside diameter of the pipe? You may be able to go for a smaller ID then you should be able to find something metric that will do the job.

No it’s for a motorcycle oil tank / dipstick, it needs to be a pretty good fit

Yes it looks like it might have to be 32mm, can always glue it in place

Yes, I don't see why not, but I couldn't find a fibre washer in my stash either.

Be surprised if that’s original fit. Looks like someone found an old exhaust gasket and stuck that in there. What bike/vintage is it? I would expect to find a cork washer on an old oil tank.

A solid copper washer might not be conformable enough, since from your photo it looks to me like the dipstick would only be screwed in finger-tight. Maybe some relatively firm, but slightly conformable material like nylon would work well. Typically, nylon washers should be able to handle temps up to around 300F/150C. Other plastics, like PEEK washers (if you can find the correct size) could go quite a bit higher.

That copper washer would need to be crushed to seal, this says its not the original item...that cap is begging for an O ring or flat rubber washer

One of the standard dodges on BSA Unit Single rocker box caps is to use a 900 series ( ? ) Amal Concentric sealing ring to keep the buggers oil tight.
They also don't loosen off quite so readily.
