Wheel arch scratches

One of The black textured unpainted arches on my mrs kia sportage has got some deep scratches in it from a scuff with a wall.
Any recommendations of how to fill and polish or what to use etc

Melt it back with a hot air gun and drag something over to texture it. I used to do it with my Nissan van bumper after I rubbed it on the render on the house
