Wheel Adapter Bolts/Studs Where to get them

Hello Everyone
My Grandson, Motor Engineer Apprentice, wants to fit Porche wheels to his V.W Lupo, he has bought S/H, the wheels and adapters but the Bolts/Studs adapter to wheel have damaged allen key inserts.
We are trying to buy new adapter to hub bolts/studs but searching locally Luton area and the internet have so far failed, we've been trying for a week now and I thought it was time to ask for help.
He has got everything except the damaged [bolts/studs]
what is the proper name for these??????
I have made socket to socket inserts from stainless steel 13mm but only a few bolts/studs will take the torque he wants.
Would someone point us in the right direction please.
The wheel to adapter bolts are O.K.

Is it just the bolts to attach the adapter plate to the existing cars setup?? are they allen style bolts??

Are they not just M14 x 1.5 allen bots with a 60 or is it 30? degree taper?

they look more like torx wheel bolts to me
i would think they are standard vw polo wheel bolts for alloys

try these note they are torx head not allen key thats why they are knackered
using wrong tools

also remember to tell insure co as it will be a modified car
grandson just tried to insure a VW polo with after market alloys fitted he's just 18 no one would insure him ended up with a basic fiat punto
2.8 grand to insure it

They look like specials made to hold the adaptor to change the stud pattern from VW to Porsche. You will probably have to find the manufacturer of the adaptor to get them or have some made.

Sorry to be so long replying and thank's for all your support and advice.
Yes they were Torx Screws and bought locally.
The job was a great success and Grandsons car looked really,really smart.
However thank's to you octo007200 The insurance was looked into and as you found with your Grandson far,far to expensive.
So the car has been reverted to it's original self, so now there is a superb set of wheels/adapters and new Torx Screws for sale and a good lesson learned.
Mind you, it's been very good experiencing the enthuiasm.
All the Best Guys Please do something about the weather !!!!!!!

glad you got it sorted but insurance is now a nightmare even adding fog lamps or anything from original spec classes as modified
insurance is just a total rip off now


(note on modern cars if you fit fogs to factory wiring you may find the ecu has to be re programmed to make them work )

Grandson did manage to get a quote for the polo with added alloys a fancy grill so 17year old first car full licence no no claims 8000 pounds

he ended up with a Fiat grand punto 1.2 insurance cost is 2400 pounds ironic realy is fiat do a grand punto with alloys and go faster stripes on the sides and roof as a factory model insurance is same price because it's a factory spec model
