What's this taper?

Found this in a box of tooling I purchased. It is fitted with a 16mm posilock collet. Any idea on the taper or what it belongs to? Anyone here use one? Thanks.

I think Gloster Tooling sell the holders, as do Cutwel and Rotagrip.
