Which relays, the ones on that board or some elsewhere?
The ones on the board will usually have some maker's data like coil voltage (12V or 24V, 110V or 240V, AC or DC), current rating of the contacts (2A, 5A, 10A, 20A etc.).
With that info and the physical size of the thing plus its terminal arrangement you should be able to find a replacement easily enough.
The lower relay looks to be made by Finder. I can't make out the top one (might be the same type) but they both look to be 'single-pole changeover' types, I'd guess 12V or 24VDC coils and 5A or 10A contacts by the size.
