What type of liner my brand new Clarke 151TE has?

I was looking the mods people made to Clarke MIG welders. The first thing they do and advise is to change the plastic liner to a steel one.

When I look at the weldequip web site, a note got my attention "Now standard fit on Clarke hobby MIG torches, these HD steel liners..." see here

So if that's the case my Clarke 151TE Turbo do have a steel liner, does it? Any idea?

Have a look inside, the liner protrudes from the torch to almost touching the feed rollers. A steel one resembles the outside of a Bowden cable or a curtain wire.

I can confirm now that Clarke 151TE Turbo welder comes with steel liner.
I unscrewed the torch apart, and the blue PVC wrapped steel liner is clearly visible.
