Hi
I got an old migmate 130 and the board has packed in. This happened about ten years ago and I replaced the tranny from my old original board (you guessed it that packed in too but tranny was ok) so that worked.
Now I have similar issue, took tranny out of board, open circuit on primary, couple of hundred ohms on 2nd side.
Now I'm looking for a replacement tranny but there are absolutely no markings on it. Can any one suggest what model of tranny I need? From RS or whatever?
I don't know the Amps rating just I/O 12/240
One other things I want to ask is why am I getting 290-310V on the main input connectors i.e. the two that feed the primary of the tranny? Could this have cooked it? Funny things is I had this reading 10 years ago and it was used since then until recently. Someone on here suggested that might be from the large main tranny not exactly mains directly so could be vary up and down.
Thanks
Andrew
