What to use in a parts washer

I fancy a parts washer, what do you guys use as the solvent?

I've always degreased with paraffin but I'm not sure I want 5 gallons of it sat around in my shed

i use white spirit just the cheap painters grade and its fine

I use Desolvit, its good and is also recomended by Land Rover to clean the crud out of intercoolers on its engines.

As in the citrus based cleaner, or am I looking at the wrong stuff?

We use Keroscene in the one at work, it does have a fusible link that drops the lid in the event of a fire.

i use kerosene,best value,does'nt harm the pump,though it leaves an oily film.

Here is a link to the desolvit I mean, Its longlasting and does a good job. Can be blown dry with a nozzel on an air line. It has a fairly strong smell that I wouldn't want in the house.

I use Jizer. Not cheap but effective, although as mentioned above the smell is not something you want to trample into the lounge carpet or soak into the wife's favourite pillow...

What about this stuff from the Mykal / Desolvit range?

Suspect it's not quite as smelly as the DSI 1000, but specifically states it can be used for manual degreasing as well as in machinery, including ultrasonics. And it's dilutable with water.
