what to oil an old drill with

hi ,

at work we have an old pillar drill there are some oilers on it a bit like a grease nipple but not ,

does anyone know what they used to get oil into them and can you still get them

buy a small grease gun and put oil in it myford lathes use them on lead screws and saddle

Myford use Esso Nuto H32, but any light machine oil would do I think.
