what thinners with Q.A.D enamel?

Hi guys,

I want to paint some smallish items on my WW2 Jeep using this Q.A.D enamel matt paint.

Can anyone please tell me what thinners to use and what ratio of mix would be best.

I'll be spraying out doors and I'm only looking for the same kind of finish that you'd expect with primer.

I'm also very interested in safety (who isn't) so any advice on masks and necassary protection would be great.
