What regulator & how much to mate to Clarke 100E

After spending £10 on an Argon/co2 disposable from halfrauds just to try it (I usually use machine mart co2 600g disposables), and after getting some lovely looking welds it ran out way too quick! Disposables have been fine in the past but now I've got a full on body restoration on the go & am going through them a little too quickly.

So, 10ltr bottle time either CO2 or Argon mix, question is what regulator do I need & pipework to connect it to my clarke 100e. What sort of price should I be paying also?

I'm looking for rent free bottles also in the preston/Blackpool area, any suggestions? (I've tried MLGas in blackburn but numbers out of use, I've not tried the BOC/Air product agents locally yet but I guess they'll want rental?)

pm weldequip he does a reg for about £40ish, i bought mine from him and its great oh and it comes with a bit of pipe to fit the little tube you fit into your current reg.
