This starts off as a 3m 150*250mm folded sheet. The radius bit at the top is -3inch radius at the open end going to around 5 inch radius at the other end.
I did this in 1050 with pushing/pulling/hammering but the 1050 isn't hard enough for the job.
..I could get some 5(think it's 5083) sheet folded but don't think I'd be able to the radius bit by hand. Does using heat work with 5083? Is there a machine that would do this. Is there such a thing as an open end cone roller?!
Other option is galv steel which I'd be more comfortable working with but its a bit heavy.
