What is this type of hinge called ?

I own one of the ubiquitous Harbor Freight type 8' x 4' folding trailers (came from Northern Tools UK).
It's now time for a refub as Chinese paint is flaking off and at same time some improvements / alterations.
One thing is to change the flimsy hinges for something more substancial but I have no idea what they are called.

Anyone tell me what to search for such hinges ?

That type of hinge is so simple i'd be tempted to remake them yourself but with thicker steel?

If you search for one, you get tons of cabinet door hinges.

I'd make stronger ones or even better, forget folding and weld the thing together

We don't have Harbor Freight but most items available from HF are sold here under different brands. Northern Tools and Machine Mart are the most common but even big brands like Sealey, Draper etc sell the same item as HF with just a change ot badge !

My problem is health. I could make the hinges but it'd use up my precious energy and therefore buying something "off the shelf" is worth the cost.
For example I had to change a sidelight bulb on my Smart Fortwo this afternoon. Not difficult but a bit long winded so took around 45 mins. It's left me with shaking legs and need to lie down - I get fatigued that bad by doing anything.

3mm plate, 8mm bolt - use a piece of thin chopping board for the washer between the two halves.
