What is the correct Eco Plug Max Herbicide Dosage for Holly Tree to prevent regrowth ?

Someone on here ( @8ob ? ) recommended Eco Plug Max Herbicide for preventing regrowth in tree stumps.
We have a Holly tree stump about 9" diameter, but the instructions don't include Holly trees.
Could one of the Arboriculturists please advise which tree species group a Holly should be treaded as ?

Holly only needs cutting off at ground level and treating with roundup, ecoplugs will do the same job. If it’s just the one treat it with neat roundup and cover it with something to keep the rain and wildlife off it.
