what is the best mask?

Hi guys. Recently i have been having troble with my sealey auto mask. It used to work well but now as soon as i strike an arc i cant see.anything. Its beginning to bug me now as i cant see what im doing. Its a sealey shade 11. £30 effort. What is the best good quality mask.to get? anything weldequip sells?

I use a speedglas at work. Its a great mask but can be annoying as you have to keep adjusting the tightness of the helmet to stop it falling all the time. Instead of designing the fancy lenses they should invest some money in this problem or is it just me?

What would be the better choice the swp ot the esab?

In my opinion the best mask is a Miller but expensive, My spare mask is a SWP Eliminator which would be my choice if on a budget

I was leaning towards the esab but after a quick call to weldequip i ended up with the swp and the esab gauntlets

You're not the only one! Mine does it as well and yep it's a pain in the butt!!

Yep id second that one about the eliminator. Cheap and cheerful,does the job and also has grinding function.Plus the spare lenses are pretty cheap too.
