Well That Was Exciting!

Earlier this evening a customer decided to collect some unfinished work without going through the formality of paying for it

At the same time they were considerate enough to save me further work by removing a set of Mini alloys

I managed to get the Police here before they legged it and they said they were desperate to get their wheels back, but that didn't explain why they took the Mini wheels, or wait until I got back to work in the morning!

No - they made them return the bits and pay me in full even though I hadn't finished the job.

Bit of a copout but it saves me the hassle of going to Court.

The cheeky so-and-so's even dialled 999 after I stopped them and greeted the cops like old friends when they arrived

Happened to go to the local Co-op .... Fair trade and all that glunp only to see a full stand of english flags and one with " England for the world cup" paraphernalia.

Apparently, a similar display was put up in my local store in the morning. In GLASGOW.

At lunchtime a vanload of workies turned up for their pies and Irn Bru.
