Weldmesh

Hi I am planning to build a chicken run/coop,what I am trying to find out is what gauge weldmesh would be self supporting when bent into a curve to form the run,the shape would resemble the greek omega symbol ,the "feet"would be to deter burrowing and extend 300mm ish and be buried /covered,the idea is to have a low visibility run when viewed from the house,the coop hopefully will be a scale of an Oast house,thanks in advance,

i used (3mm) i think for a chicken run, size of gauges is in the back of me car, cant be arsed to go out and get them. would,nt go to brundles exspensive, got mine off ah allen/steel stock, £10 for a 8x4 sheet.
