Not watched it all but certainly seems to go at a good pace for the beginner with excellent details.

The Welding Institute used to sell VHS tapes of those training sessions - I've still got one from probably 10 years ago with the same voice over man and same Max demonstrator but slightly different content.

It's pretty good, but it doesn't have the comedy value of the Expert Village Youtube videos and the acid comments they attract.

While I think i'm starting to progress past a lot of what they talked about in that film, I still found it rather handy, an ideal video for people starting off.
I found the verticle weld info particularly useful, as thats about where i'm at with my learning.
