Hi all, Ive got a Discovery 1 that has failed its MOT on rust. Can anyone recommend a welder that is either mobile or works from a garage that I can book into for repairs (only way i can drive it without the MOT). I need the boot floor and sills replacing but will be happy with a few patches for now just to get me through the MOT.
I have been quoted £1700 by my local land rover place and dont fancy paying that so any ideas on a reasonable place much appreciated.
I have bought a mig welder and do intend to learn how to do this myself, but no garage to practice in and dark nights arent really helping.
