welding regulator and pipe and quick release joint a little help please

i have got my clark 160en working well now and trying to go the whole hog and leave the gasless wire

i have got my hands on a 10l co2 pub gas from a mate that i used to go to school with i was looking for the boc offer but with the small amout of welding i do i cant spend the money to do it so the co2 gas is they way i need to go

i am looking for a side entry reg but what dials to i need

looking on the net and the fourms do i need a safety non return valve ?

and i im hoping to keep the the bottle seprate from the welder my garage in on the side of my house and i dont like the idea of the bottle near my house i got a shed that i can lock and as i dont do much welding at the mo well not be a much of a problem to go and get the gas but want a way of quickly connecting it and disconnecting it

and i want to only once so want a regulator with a name or
