Welding problem

Started welding today and every thing was going well. But going along and the welder keeps stutting every so often. The weld seem to have a high build up.

Any helpn will be great.

what condition are the shroud and contact tip? if they get coated in crap you can get the occasional feed back in the wire and it stutters every now and then, i got that a few times this afternoon, looked at the tip and its covered in splatter. Quick clean up and its fine
