New to the site,so hello one and all.
I've been using this mig welder on and off for a couple of years,without any problems,
The work I've been doing is mainly welding angle in the constrution of trailers,
Recent attempts at such work has resulted in very weak or non existent welds with a splatter like appearance,adjustments have been made to settings and wire speed without any luck,even a faulty regulator was replaced,
Instead of that usual zzzzzzzzz sound heard when all is o.k.with a weld,I am currently getting very uneven splatter runs with the above results,
