Welding/Fabrication Courses

Hi guys,

I'm a qualified mechanical maintenance engineer, now working as a truck driver, and am wanting to get back into engineering, namely welding and fabrication. I've decided to go back to college this september and am looking to do the following course -

City & Guilds 2800 Fabrication & Welding Level 3

At either, Bridgwater or Wolverhampton College. I was wondering has anybody been to either or can suggest any other course/college that might be of interest, etc.

There's a college in cirencester that runs welding courses the agricultural college i believe, you'd have to check what type of course though

Yeah, I had a look at Cirencester and also Gloucester, but neither did the level i wanted. Gloucester only does it upto level 2. Thanks anyway though . Do you work on the railway by any chance? I spent about 3 years workin on the railway and really enjoyed it.
