welding course

hi is there anywhere in Wiltshire tat offer a welding course in collage for at least a year that doesn't require me to be in full time employment and where i can gain a certification in welding at the end of it?

I think you can get funding if your unemployed? I am sure there will be a training company that will take your or the Government (tax payers money) why not pick up the phone and ring those in your area?
What certification and why should be a big part of your agenda and ask at present
