Welding certification TUV

hi all, I'm about to get a new job and because I was given the paperwork from my last employer I have got some questions.

All tests were done in TUV certification system for german contractors in UK. It's SS tig 6G pipe, mild steel 6G pipe in e6010 + e7018 cup and mild steel 6G tig root and e7018 cup. All in international EN 287-1 standard in 8 languages.

Does it mean anything for employers here in UK or It only means Im capable to pass new tests with loyds witness.

EN287-1 is an international welding standard so it is relevant in the UK.

They are only useful as a reference as they will be in the name of your last employer and will not relate to you new employers qualified procedures therefore you will need to re test, not necessarily with a Lloyds witness, plenty of other companies offer this service
