Well im fitting a turbo onto one of my project cars, they turbo has got an elbow fitted which is made from cast, the exhaust would usually be clamped onto this, however as the turbo is from a different car and i dont have a downpipe to cut up and they are prone to blowing, so i was wondering is i could make up my own downpipe and weld it straight to the cast elbow?
If it is possible what would be the best way to go about doing it?
